2. Description of Service

Animate a Drawing provides tools to:

• Upload drawings and artwork
• Automatically detect character poses using AI
• Apply motion presets or custom animations
• Export animated content in various formats (MP4, WebM, GIF)

3. Your Content

3.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the drawings and artwork you upload. Animate a Drawing does not claim ownership of your content.

3.2 License Grant

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your images through our AI systems for pose detection
• Store your content for the purpose of providing our Service
• Generate animations based on your instructions

3.3 Content Restrictions

You may not upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal material
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

4. AI-Generated Content

Animations created using our Service are considered derivative works of your original artwork. You own the resulting animations, subject to any third-party rights in the original content.

5. Commercial Use

Depending on your subscription plan:

• Free Tier: Personal, non-commercial use only
• Paid Plans: Commercial use permitted as specified in your plan

6. Account Terms

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• One person may not maintain more than one free account

7. Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• Credits do not expire while your subscription is active
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

8. Fair Use Policy

To ensure fair access for all users:

• Do not abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
• Do not use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Do not share account credentials

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates.

10. Limitation of Liability

Animate a Drawing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or content
• Interruption of service
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Animate a Drawing against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
